With two new hires and one internal promotion, M&IW’s Marketing and Creative Services are expanding, including a renewed commitment to Flow, a division of M&IW.
Caledonia, Wisconsin (May 19, 2022) – As part of our Journey to World Class, Meetings & Incentives Worldwide (M&IW) renews our commitment to investing in top talent to best support continued growth. We recently expanding our Marketing and Creative Services capabilities by filling three key positions.
Building the Marketing Team
We are pleased to welcome two new members to the M&IW family to support our growth. “It’s always exciting to welcome new talent and fresh perspectives, and I am thrilled to have Sara O’Neil and Amanda Hass join the sales and marketing organization,” said Tina Madden, CEO. “Their skill and experience will be invaluable to M&IW and our clients, and I look forward to seeing how their ideas blend with and elevate our current practices.”
Sara O’Neil comes to M&IW as Sr. Manager, Marketing & Communications after previously serving as Vice President of Marketing & Operations with an international consulting firm. With expertise in branding, communications, and strategic marketing initiatives, she will help lead the Marketing team as they work to further expand the M&IW brand and its offerings in the marketplace. “It’s an exciting time to join M&IW,” says Sara. “A lot of changes have taken place over the past few years in the events and meetings space, and this organization has been at the forefront of that transformation. It’s been great to meet so many of the people behind M&IW’s forward-thinking efforts. I’m honored to share my experience and collaborate with such a talented and dynamic group.”
A former Director of Marketing in the gaming industry, Amanda Hass joins the Marketing team as Sr. Marketing Strategist. She has a wide breadth of event marketing experience that will benefit both our internal efforts and client-facing projects. She will focus her deep expertise within creative services, graphic design, and digital marketing. “I am excited to bridge the gap between marketing and technology which has exploded in the past few years,” said Amanda. “I look forward to supporting M&IW’s digital and creative endeavors and expanding our capabilities and those of our clients.”
Growth from Within
At M&IW, we also like to recognize existing talent, and we are delighted to announce that Danielle Omega has been promoted to Sr. Manager, Flow Marketing & Creative Services. Previously Manager, Creative Services, she oversaw the introduction of Flow, our in-house marketing, creative, design, and engagement division, and will continue to lead and expand the marketing and creative side of the division in her new role.

The new hires and promotions mean “better service, greater expertise, and more innovative strategies for our clients,” said Danielle. “We pride ourselves on the consultative approach and end-to-end service Flow provides. Strengthening our Marketing and Creative Services team makes it easier to turn ideas into reality.”
Danielle and the Marketing and Creative Services team work closely with M&IW’s Engagement and Event Design experts through Flow, providing a more seamless experience for clients. The goal of this collaboration is to elevate event experiences by telling client stories and sharing brand experiences in ways that surprise and delight the audience and create an emotional connection.
