Sandy Fenili, CIS, joins M&IW in a newly created role to develop and launch new services within Incentives & Recognition.
Meetings & Incentives Worldwide (M&IW), a global event management and strategy company announced today it has appointed Sandy Fenili, CIS, to the newly created position of Director, Insights & Strategy for Incentives & Recognition. Sandy is a visionary leader, devoted to developing and implementing innovative incentive and recognition programs. Through both travel and non-travel awards, she grows revenue, connects people, elevates experiences, and optimizes spend.

- Sandy joins M&IW with the task of expanding and launching three lines of service within Incentives & Recognition. She will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities domestically as well as globally.
- Sandy brings more than 20 years of experience designing and operationalizing sales incentives and recognition programs.
- Sandy has 10 years of experience designing memorable top achiever travel programs and creating amazing attendee experiences including partnering with industry icons such as Disney, the Olympic Training Center, and the Seed School of Miami.
- In her role with AT&T, she developed the first of its kind incentive and recognition one-stop-shop portal and optimized spend by more than $10M.
