Meet M&IW’s Hospitality Heroes

Allow us to introduce ourselves: We’re M&IW’s Hospitality Heroes. That’s right! Every M&IW employee, including our onsite staff, is a proud Hospitality Hero. It’s an important part of our culture and one of the many advantages of partnering with us in planning your meetings, events, or incentive programs.

But what exactly is a Hospitality Hero? We’re glad you asked…

The History of Hospitality Heroes

The term Hospitality Hero was first introduced in 2017, and since then, it has become a trademark of our service. In fact, employees are given a Hospitality Hero pin to wear onsite or at industry events. Simply put, it’s a description of who we are as a company.

To our team, it is a reminder of our positive, supportive culture and our customer-centric approach. To our customers, it is a reminder that we will always go above and beyond in providing superb service and unforgettable experiences.

Hospitality Heroes in Action

We’re proud of our team, and we’re not the only ones. Our kudos program allows customers or fellow M&IW team members to give shoutouts to employees who truly embody what it means to be a Hospitality Hero.

This program is so popular—and our team does such outstanding work—that multiple kudos are given daily. Here’s just a small sample of recent kudos our team members have received.
