  • Creating and distributing event communications (i.e. invitations, reminders, save-the-dates, surveys, etc.)

We take pride in our hotel partnerships and their teams which allows us to negotiate no shows, manage attrition, and handle deviations/extensions on-demand. 

Web Registration & Reporting

Our Attendee Regsitration Team is tech-savvy, leveraging the latest technology and registration platforms in order to:

  • Work directly with our Website Designers to build custom event registration websites
  • Report on any data collected during the registration process
  • Utilize software for badge printing, matchmaking, and aiding in the development of Mobile Apps
  • Take full advantage of the Cvent, Lanyon, Bizaboo, and Eventbrite platforms

Onsite Solutions

Our On-Site Event Staff provides a seamless check-in experience and manages flow-of-traffic while tracking and reporting on available attendee data. 

  • Provide a seamless registration experience with Badges On-Demand, which allows for fast and efficient on-site badge printing
  • Capture vital attendee check-in data for event KPIs
  • Uncover topic opportunities with session scanning for speakers, moderators, and hosts
