2008 Windy City Summit Tours
The Windy City Summit is pleased to offer a
Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago tour and a lockbox tour. Both
tours will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2008 and qualify for CTP/CCM
renewal credits. You may sign up for one tour only. Tours
are limited to Corporate Attendees. No additional fee will be
charged for participating in the tours and transportation to and from
the Hyatt Regency Chicago is provided. Registrants will be
assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited.

The Chicago Fed is one of the 12 Federal Reserve
Banks nationwide that make up the Federal Reserve System.
Together with the Board of Governors in Washington D.C. these
banks serve as our nation's central bank. Attendees will have the
opportunity to view millions of dollars in various denominations, learn
to detect counterfeits, and see how the Fed Reserve System impacts your
life. The tour includes a short video about the operations of the
Chicago Fed, the Federal Reserve System, and monetary policy, followed
by a question-and-answer session. Participants will then have the
opportunity to explore the Money Museum which includes numerous
exhibits and interactive displays.
Please note, tour space is limited. Due to
security concerns, cameras and recording devices of any type will not
be allowed. A photo ID and entrance through a metal detector will be
required.
Northern Trust Lockbox Tour

The Northern Trust lockbox facility is on the 8th
Floor of the Apparel Center Building, located at 350 North Orleans
Street. This facility is operated for Northern Trust through a
partnership with Fiserv, and includes state of the art technology
enabling it to capture over 1.7 million images and over 23 million
keystrokes per month. Attendees will view end-to-end wholesale
and wholetail lockbox processing from mail receipt to image capture, as
well as a demonstration of online reporting and image access tools.
The tour is limited to corporate attendees only.
