Denise, a 20-year veteran of the meetings and hospitality industries, brings a wealth of experience to her position. She will report to Lisa Palmeri, Vice President of Global Enterprise Solutions. “Denise will have a focus on sourcing process excellence including efficiency gains and new savings performance targets. Caledonia, Wisconsin (April 9, 2015) – Meetings & Incentives Worldwide (M&IW) announced today their support of the first annual North American Meetings Industry Day (NAMID). On April 16, 2015, Meetings Mean Business (MMB) and industry leaders will spotlight the substantial value derived from business meetings, conferences, conventions, incentive travel, trade shows and exhibitions by connecting people and driving positive business results throughout the continent.

In honor of NAMID, M&IW is joining forces with local partners, clients, and associates to host an educational session for industry leaders in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. The Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate Training will be held at the Westin North Shore Hotel on April 16, 2015. Along with this exclusive event, M&IW petitioned Scott Walker, Governor of the State of Wisconsin, and Tom Barrett, Mayor of Milwaukee to issue proclamations in support NAMID.
