The distance from O'Hare International
Airport to The Westin Chicago Northwest is approximately 12.5 miles
and takes around 30 minutes to drive to the hotel from the airport.
Please note that The Westin Chicago
Northwest is a 100% non-smoking hotel.
The room rate is $149.00 for
single occupancy and $169.00 for double occupancy, plus a $5.00
facility fee, plus applicable tax per night.
In order to
receive the group rate at the Westin Chicago Northwest for the IFS
Customer Summit, you will need to complete the on-line registration
form. Please do not call the Westin Chicago Northwest for your
sleeping room needs as the group rate will not be available.
Facility Fee
There is a $5.00 (plus applicable taxes), per night, facility fee, in
addition to the guestroom rates. This fee includes the following:
overnight self-parking, usage of the Northwest Athletic Club, two
bottles of water per day and unlimited local and toll-free calls, and
complimentary internet access in the guestroom.
Early Departure
In the event that a guest checks out prior to the guest’s reserved
checkout date, an early departure fee of $50.00 will be charged to
that guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee
must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the
scheduled length of stay.
Individual Guest Room
Deposit and Cancellation Policies
Cancellation will be accepted up to 3:00 PM, one day prior to the date
of arrival. Any late cancellation fees or no-show charges will be
charged to the guests individual credit card. |
